The problem with beeswax bags is that their corners and seams are very hard to clean. That means that food can get stuck and build up in the corners, turning mouldy and full of bacteria.
So we've designed the inside of our BEESWAX BAGS WITH NO SHARP CORNERS AND NO RAW SEAMS! Our new bags are stitched on the outside, not inside, and the corners are rounded. That means no gusset or fiddly corners for food to get stuck.
They also have no plastic clips, fasteners, straps or trim like many of the supposedly "eco-friendly" mass-produced imports that are flooding the market right now. Ours are made from all natural ingredients (100% cotton, beeswax, damar resin and extra-virgin olive oil) so they are completely biodegradable.
Plus, they're a breeze to clean, super convenient to use and are the same great quality as our flat beeswax wraps.😊
We've made 12 x 12 inch (30 x 30cm) beeswax bags that fit any size sandwich, cut fruit and veg and regular size bread loaves. If you need to cover your sourdough or other very large loaves, you're better off with our XXL Bread Wraps.
